We have been making trips to the park a lot lately - to get out of the house, let the kids burn off excess energy, and enjoy the beautiful spring weather. Today, we took the opportunity to do some exploring! We saw turtle families, ducks, and a fish swimming, birds hanging out in a very tall birdhouse, flowers growing, dragonflies flying, rocks skipping (boys), and a creek flowing. We tasted honeysuckle and the kids picked plenty of flowers along the way ...except for bluebonnets of course... making me a beautiful bouquet!
